On Sunday the 6th of September MOLEC 2026 starts with a first keynote lecture and welcome evening at the Institute of Physics at Hermann-Herder-Straße 3a in 79104 Freiburg. (here for open street maps)
The welcome evening will take place afterwards at the same location.
Monday 7th – Friday 11th of September:
All other scientific sessions will take place in the Kollegiengebäude I, which is one of the historic main buildings of the University of Freiburg, located at Platz der Universität 3, 79098 Freiburg. (here for open street maps)
Take the entrance between Aristotle and Homer and follow the signs from there. You will find the lecture hall on the second floor.
Conference Dinner, Thursday September 10th, 7 p.m.
The conference dinner will take place at Dattler’s Schlossberg Restaurant, Am Schlossberg 1, 79104 Freiburg. (here for open street maps)
The restaurant can be reached by furnicular (the Schlossbergbahn) from the park at the edge of the old town (Stadtgarten) in three minutes, or on foot via short but steep ascend. The restaurant, terrace and environment offer beautiful views on the city.
